Returns & Refund Policy

At Wilson Furniture Design, every piece is handcrafted with care and built to meet a high standard of quality. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read the guidelines below before initiating a return.

Custom & Engraved Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom engraved products, all sales are final once an order has been received and confirmed. We are unable to accept changes, cancellations, or returns on custom engraved items after the order has been placed.

The only exception is if an error was made on our end incorrect engraving text, wrong placement, or a defect in the finished product. In that case, we will remake or replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order details.

Please double-check all spelling, names, and engraving details carefully before completing your purchase. Custom orders are processed promptly and cannot be modified once confirmed.

Standard Returns

We accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from damage, wear, or alterations

  • Returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

As we provide free outbound shipping on all orders, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Page before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly - whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
